Houck Industries 200 Series Drawer Slides

COMMON FEATURES

1) Quattro Captured Track Dual captive drawer and cabinet members provide maximum tracking. Wheels remain positioned properly on tracks while rolling freely. Four point capture provides maximum restraint in side play of drawer.

2) Self Adjusting Wheel
Allows for 1/16" of accumulated toleance in the assembly of a cabinet/case.

3) Dual Detent Drawer
Provides Safety Stop and allows for lock-open access.

4) Delrin Wheel
Solid Steel Axles
Provides silent action for the life of the drawer.

5) Material Finishes
Epoxy powder coat provides maximum protection from corrosion, while also providing a smooth contact surface for silent rolling action. Standard choices of Almond and White. Custom colors available upon request.

All 200 Series drawer and cabinet member configurations are interchangeable

"-BS" or "-RS" to accompany part number distinguishes Bottom or Reference Leg style drawer member.

All 200-V and 200-P cabinet members are supplied cut-to-length.

200-S cabinet track standard sizes are rollformed compatible with 32mm system. See chart in Cabinet/Case Member section for spndle location.

Face Frame Cabinet Rear Mount Options
Choice of plastic rear mounting brackets for either 200-S standard cabinet track (#250 or #251) or 200-P cabinet track (#260 and #261). 200-V (Intergrated V-Notch) provides rear mount attachment to strongback of cabinet.
